Due to the perishable nature of our snack products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items. All sales are final to ensure product safety and quality.
If you have received the wrong item or if your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@toadallysnax.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable, so we can make it right.
Damages and Issues
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if there is a problem. We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
If your claim for a damaged or incorrect product is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
